Heroes & Shadows is a free homebrew game for the Atari 2600. It is written in 6502 assembly language.
An alien race of Xovan's wants to make peace between all worlds. However the general won't have any of this and has knocked you out with a chemical agent and locked you in the deepest cell of Area 26. The effects of the agent also make you blind. However you manage to escape the cell using your cybernetic eye implant. You learn the general has set your countries nukes to launch at the aliens in 2 hours. It is up to you to stop the nukes and save the planet.
